Our approach to event planning begins at the marketing objective stage. We enable the client to first determine what their ultimate goal for the event will be - and then work from that point to create a unique and effective event.

Once the object has been determined, our senior project managers will:

  • Determine and then focus on the 'Target Demographic'
  • Develop and maintain a 'Budget Plan'
  • Create the 'Strategy' and 'Timeline' for how the event will come to be
  • Maintain the 'Critical Path' of the event, ensuring all expectations are exceeded as the strategies are carried out
  • Use 'Visualization Strategies' to predict how the event will unfold
  • Exercise 'Leadership' and 'Communication' to run the event
